We ship USPS and UPS  for all ordes shipped inside the United States and International locations.

How will my order come packaged?

 

If you are sending a gift we offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $5.00. Each gift comes creatively wrapped, in tissue and recycled paper/material with a satin ribbon. You may include a personal message which will be handwritten on a plain card and included with your gift.

 

Standard orders are ALWAYS carefully packaged in mostly recycled materials to ensure safety during shipping.

 

Will my order look exactly like the picture?

Each piece is carefully handcrafted using the best materials and although we make every effort to ensure colors and sizes are accurate, there will be slight variations due to the nature of the materials.

 

How do I care for my Jewelry?

 

Keep jewelry in an airtight container like a jewelry box to discourage tarnishing, a natural process that occurs when sterling is repeatedly exposed to air, chemicals and oils in the skin.If tarnishing occurs rub gently with a soft cloth. Polishing agents and solutions are not advised, they may alter the finish of the metal, enamel, glass, stone, wood or other materials used.

 

All jewelry is water safe, please avoid detergents and chemicals.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Again please keep in mind that all of our jewelry is handcrafted, there WILL be slight variations.
