Brittany Søndberg received a BFA in Metal Design from East Carolina University in 2004. Following graduation she established a studio and started a small jewelry & custom design business, Copper Chameleon. In 2008 she began to devote herself to full time studio work.
Brittany complicates the traditional notion of jewelry by juxtaposing bold enamel hues with simple forms. At times she integrates these components with a subtle aged characteristic. This approach combines her love of clean modern design with an affection for the sentimental relic.
Copper Chameleon jewelry is the gift that keeps on giving. Proceeds from each purchase of the "Bowl" series are donated to The Empty Bowls project, a non profit grassroots organization working to fight hunger locally and globally. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and will be a thoughtful and admired addition to your collection.
"The materials I use and the designs I create combined with the personal experience of wearing my collection constantly allows me to state that the jewelry I make is flattering and comfortable, bold and yet completely accessible." -Brittany Søndberg
